Executive Order 1097 details policy and procedures prohibiting discrimination, harassment and retaliation, sexual misconduct, dating and domestic violence, and stalking against students, and system wide procedure for addressing such complaints by students. The policy detailed within this Executive Order applies systemwide, in conjunction with Executive Order 1095.

Executive Order 1095 is system wide policy addressing sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, dating and domestic violence, and stalking. Executive Order 1095 provides policy relating to the implementation of Title IX, the Campus SaVE Act, and related legislation on sex discrimination, sexual harassment and sexual violence.

Simply referred to as "Title 5" or the "Code of Conduct," Title 5 details behavioral expectations and provides the grounds for student discipline. In addition to a list of charges that form the basis for student discipline, Title V also addresses the both the application and jurisdiction of the Code of Conduct.
